Haven Siam is a coordination service for founders and individuals relocating themselves or their business to Thailand. We personally deliver website design, hosting, email, and CRM setup. Company registration, visa and work permit processing, and accounting are coordinated with independent, licensed Thai partners — Walailak Law Firm for legal and visa work, and a licensed accounting firm for bookkeeping and filings. Haven Siam is not itself a law firm or accounting firm, and does not perform legal or accounting work directly.

Services described on this site — including tier pricing — are a starting point, not a binding quote. Actual scope, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins. Fees for licensed partner services (legal, visa, accounting) are set by those partners and billed separately from Haven Siam's own coordination and delivery fees.
Walailak Law Firm and our accounting partner are independent businesses, licensed to provide their respective services in Thailand. Haven Siam coordinates communication and timelines but does not control, supervise, or guarantee the outcome of their work. Any agreement for legal or accounting services is between you and that partner directly.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Haven Siam unless otherwise noted. Website work delivered as part of a paid engagement is licensed to the client per the terms agreed at the time of that engagement.
Haven Siam provides coordination and digital services in good faith but doesn't guarantee specific outcomes — including approval timelines, visa outcomes, or business registration results — since those depend on government processes and licensed partners outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, Haven Siam isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services coordinated through it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled under Thai jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
